Köhler Opus 66 #9 "Octaves" Flute Study
Ernesto Köhler's flute study "OCTAVES" (Oktaven) in E MINOR, Op. 66, No. 9 from 25 Romantic Etudes (25 Romantische Etüden im modernen Stil), performed by flutist Lance Suzuki.
Interpreting the Italian Musical Directions in Kohler's Octave Study, Opus 66, No. 9:
"marcando sempre la prima della note legate" = emphasize the first note in each slur
"più animato" = more animated/quicker
"incalzando sempre fino al fine" = accelerate until the end
